I used to live here 29 years ago when it was called Covert Village by what I've read from some of the review's it looks like nothing has changed lol.

I just love living here. Going on my second year living here and it’s amazing. The apartments are super nice & updated with brand new appliances & the maintenance are AMAZING! They help with everything so quickly. One time they even jumped my car for me so I could go to work. Overall , I LOVE living at cold water flats
