“Ron did an excellent job. He communicated with me throughout the process. As I have a dog and he worked around my schedule so i could have her in her crate when he comes in to do the work requested. He left the place as clean as it was when he got here”
“The management team is wonderful! Mama Kahuna really goes above and beyond to help tenants in need. Emma is super responsive and always welcoming! And the maintenance team, especially James, are wonderful! A maintenance order was created and less than 24 hours later it was taken care of! Highly recommend if you’re a college student!

I had a clogged toilet and he fixed it in less than 24 hours and addressed other small maintenance needs all in the same visit! I know a lot of these reviews are talking about management, but I have never had any issues with our current management. They are all super friendly and responsive. I truly believe Eagle Village is the ideal place for USI students to live, you'll enjoy your home here!!”
“The people in the office are awesome! They are super responsive and helpful. I haven’t waited longer than 10 minutes for a response via text from any given person working in the office and they are patient and more than willing to explain everything and walk you through any of the processes.”

“The quality of one’s living is a case by case experience based on someone’s values and expectations for their living arrangements. For my situation in particular, I was desperately in need of somewhere to live, my circumstances were out of my control and I wanted to take back control of my life and provide a better one for my partner and our cats. When I was denied by others because of an eviction that was put on my record while I was away for active duty, the staff here really pulled through for me, even if the incentive was monetary, their help won’t be forgotten.
There are genuinely kind people out there, they’re just hard to come by sometimes but there’s one person in that office that deserves my gratitude. And the maintenance workers 10/10, labor is intensive and they have a lot to oversee but they do an awesome job, you just gotta reach out, communicate with them, make your grievances known but be mindful they are people as well and life is hard on everyone, not just yourself. Been here for 10 months now, considering releasing with them. I’ve had a lot of growth here.”
“Wonderful place for Senior living. I feel safe and I love my cozy one bedroom apartment. I have a spacious deck, plenty storage. Laundry facilities are clean and affordable.
If you enjoy having something planned for you to do then our Service Coordinator will be your favorite person, almost everyday through the week she has planned activities for the residents.
The building is clean. Managerial staff are kind and quick to respond to issues.
The place is pet friendly and the grounds are well kept.”

“The Senior Leisure Living has been great for my stepdad, especially after him being so lost after my mom passed. All his surrounding neighbors are very nice and friendly. The office staff have always been very helpful when we had a question. The maintenance crew have been very responsive. I believe the online maintenance requests where you can add pictures helps for them to understand an issue before they even arrive (usually 1 business day or less!). Thank you for all your hard work and providing a comfortable setting for him when I am 3 hours away. I can worry less these days.”

“This is a decent little storage facility. They offer two different sized units. The entire storage facility is surrounded by a tall fence and entrance is accessed through a keypad gate. It is conveniently located on the West Side of Evansville.”
“We enjoyed living at pavilion lakes. The apartment was really nice with a fire place and French doors and the scenery was beautiful. The lakes and wildlife created a very home like feel and staff was friendly and helpful.”

“Twin Towers had their 1st Arts & Crafts show on Oct 16th & it was a well attended affair. The all you could eat breakfast was spectacular for only $8 !! The club did a fantastic job & everyone seemed to have a good time. As a exhibitor I would return. Thanks for a good day.”
