Cool Breeze Vapor sells electronic cigarettes and CBD oil. The staff is known to be great, helpful, and knowledgeable, often going above and beyond to assist customers. They take time to show products and help with selections. The products themselves are described as great. They offer decent prices year-round and have great holiday sales. This has made it the only shop for some customers. However, one staff member at a specific location is noted as not being welcoming or knowledgeable, which contrasts with the otherwise positive feedback about the team.
I appreciate the staff at this store. They are always so friendly and helpful. I have been short on time and went to other vape stores closer to my house, and was so disappointed.
