“Well, i was having trouble finding a place that would maintain stock of long stem 14mm nectar collector's. I walked into this store 1 day, they had what I wanted. So the bonus was the young lady behind the counter, p.k.. Beautiful girl who smelled wonderful with a beautiful smile who was warm, friendly, curtious, & professional. I told her my situation, she stated she would pass the word, & ive gotten what I came to get everytime since that 1st sale. Can't be any more accommodating in the matter of customer service than that. Good looking out yall. Keep up the good work. I would like to add, that on a separate occasion, one of the nec collector was broke on the inside & p.k. took it back, & discounted the next heavily to satisfy my returnissues. I cant speak for anyone but me, but they were respectful & instantly sought to gratify me, & I feel like it was all very effortless on they're part to do what it took to make it right. Thanks.”

They have great sales for the holiday and decent prices the rest of the year. Its the only shope I go to for my stuff other places don't have as good a staff.”

“I just want to say I completely got the wrong idea about Cool breeze from my first experience at the shop on Washington complete difference I bought a product that stopped working after two weeks at the Washington location and they did nothing about it they're extremely rude wasted a bunch of my time. After going back and forth with the manufacturer of the product the manufacturer suggested that I take the product back to the location I bought it from. So I called the location on 1st avenue and to my surprise they accommodated all of my went out of their way to make sure that I was happy ? very well-mannered and I actually feel bad that I did not get the man's name that helps me out because I would mention his name here in this review”

Prices are really great but even if they were the most expensive in town I would still only shop at this one store.
