It is located near the University of Southern Indiana and University of Evansville.
My friends and I just applied for these apartments. The process was very smooth. I had Lexi Huff help my friends and I with the process of signing the lease for this upcoming year. We also got a tour and the place looked very nice and clean. We were very pleased and she helped a lot!

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed my experience working with them. The apartments are nice, spacious, and comfortable. I’d definitely recommend this place—it's great for getting the college experience while still having plenty of privacy.
