“I’ve been dealing with custom recreation for over 20 years. I’ve bought a pool table and many accessories over the years. Rob has always went out of his way to help and make sure that you’re satisfied. He has done it again just recently (7/19/24). We both live in Boonville and he put a new tip on my pool stick. I would have to go back to the store to pick it up. He called and volunteered to bring it to me. That’s what I call customer service!

“Our refrigerator died. We went to several other stores. We stopped at Kings thinking that their prices would be much higher. We were greeted by a salesman who took directly to what we were looking for. Kings prices were right in line with the other store. The salesman didn’t try to pressure us into an up sale. The girl that did the paperwork for the sale was very pleasant and sweet. Delivery was first thing the next morning. Delivery guys handled everything pleasantly and professionally. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the entire experience. Kings has won a customer here. Keep up the good work, and we will be back.”

We have bought from them in the past, replacing our old Oak pedestal table and chairs we purchased years ago, unfinished. We ordered an Amish made table and chairs finished in two tone stains, top and base, along with 6 chairs. Was able to order by wood type - brown Maple, picked stains-coffee and onyx, table top size and shape-square oval, round over edge.”
