Prices for repairs are very reasonable. One time they were unable to repair a pair of small hoop earrings. I was able to trade them in on a new pair. Very happy customer!! I recommend 100%!!”

When I purchased my engagement ring and wedding band there 5 years ago, a very nice female employee spent many, many hours over multiple visits helping me custom design both pieces. And when I recently contacted the store to obtain a receipt and other information on the jewelry I bought for insurance purposes, an extremely helpful employee named Angela located my purchase and texted me my receipts within minutes. “I bought a snap-on hutch from them on ebay, drove 5hrs to pick it up. The woman up front (think the manager) was super nice and let me inspect the item before completely my online order. Everything looked how it was displayed online. On my way home I noticed I forgot to get the key, I called them and they said they didnt recieve a key with it. I left it at that. And within an hour on my way home I had an apology email and a refund for the amount to replace the lock/keys. Highly recommend! Super friendly staff too. Tonsss of stuff!!!”
