Well when I left there everything seemed okay but when I got back to the area I lived in I was still having the issue come to find out it wasn't something that was T-Mobile's fault. The only problem I have is I did mention deleting some apps but you have to kind of ask a person do you need this app before deleting something that you need that you use monthly. I'm just glad that my stuff was still on the page because I remembered my password. Overall it's good service it's just I guess you should say well yeah it's okay to remove something but ask me before you remove it first.

Very helpful with my needs although it wasn't perfect perfection had some applications deleted that I use monthly had to reinstall after I got back home come to find out it wasn't my phone the towers were down or repair it out here. But it was a good visit I'm not in there often the staff was helpful or trying to help me. In the long run that's not what happened but it is what it is.

I was there about 2pm 06/27/2023 there was 4 people outside waiting because door locked. We were 30 minutes Nobody was operating location. Would not suggest going here. I have seen this on several occasions

I was in town and having trouble with my phone. I’m not even at-mobile customer, Gidget was amazing and helped me. However the other person in the store was too busy hitting on me to help. Made me very uncomfortable. Hard to believe he “used to be a manager” the way he was behaving. You need more people like Gidget in your stores.
