I asked for a battery change along with the charge port when I picked up the device I was told the charge port only needed a cleaning and wasn't charged for it”
“I mean this with all due respect - but you don’t often see wireless carrier stores with good reviews! Well this one earns it- relatively quick (things still take time but the people go between the tech as quickly as possible). Friendly people and knowledgeable staff. Getting an appointment is a good idea but we were able to walk in with no issues. I got my FIL a new 16e for $2 a month plus tax… no gimmicks- he walked out with a new phone for next to nothing on our existing lines. Great place.”

“Kenny was AWESOME! He did everything we asked and answered all of our questions. He even promoted the internet service over spectrum that my sister currently has to save them money that way. He noticed sports notification on her phone and changed the TV channel to the ball game for us while we waited for our phones to do whatever magical things they have to do to switch over. He was so down to earth and straightforward. I loved Kenny and will recommend him to anyone and will request to work with him in the future! I nominate Kenny employee of the month!!!!”
“Nice (“Niece” sorry if I misspelled your name!) deserves 10 stars for her help fixing my daughter’s phone after a call center rep completely ruined our account. The call center rep caused so much damage to our account that we had to get a new phone number and almost had to get a new phone they messed it up so bad! Niece worked diligently and was so persistent and patient even though my husband was beyond fed up with the entire situation. I cannot express our appreciation and gratitude to her enough, for all she did to help us. She was also working by herself and seriously knocked it out of the park, even though she had to call the same terrible customer service call center that created the entire mess multiple times because they had the power to fix it instead of allowing in store reps the privilege to correct these types of issues themselves. That in itself was frustrating bc Nice is more knowledgeable, capable, and competent than the entire call center she spoke to. Just trying to explain to the call center what they did wrong was a task in itself. Thanks again Nice! If we would have had to talk to another call center rep we 100% would have canceled our entire account, considering they messed up porting our number (we lost a number we had for years and had to get a new one), the call center rep mailed our new phone to the wrong address and we already had spent over 6 hours on the phone with the call center reps trying to fix what they messed up, but they only wasted our time and created more issues for us to fix. These call centers are so frustrating because they do not help any situation; they only make things much much worse! Thank goodness for local workers that are knowledgeable and eager to help like Nice. It’s a bummer though that so much time is spent dealing with terrible call center reps bc metro by t mobile doesn’t want to pay Americans to work in their company’s call centers. Seems to be causing more money fixing all of the issues these reps create instead of simply paying workers here a little bit more that will get it right the first time.”

“Went to AT & T. West side Evansville. Switched our service from another carrier and got 2 new phones. Our Customer Service rep was Zach Bettag. He was very knowledgeable of the phones and walked us through the entire process. He answered all our questions and found us a great new phone plan. Highly recommend!!!!!”
