ONB is a wonderful bank especially the Washington Ave branch. The people are polite, considerate, friendly and professional. They know their customers and their business.

Why would you change the ATMs so they take longer to use? With the old ATMs i could get my money and receipt in less then 2 mins. Now I have to wait for the machine between every single choice. Put the old one back. Or speed the new one up
