Why would you change the ATMs so they take longer to use? With the old ATMs i could get my money and receipt in less then 2 mins. Now I have to wait for the machine between every single choice. Put the old one back. Or speed the new one up

Closed my Old national account because they used to charge me for everything it seemed like. And that’s when I was only working part time so money was tight anyways. Even when my account went paperless, Old national was still charging me $10 a month to send me a paper copy of my banking statement. The app barley worked for me. Old nation is useless. There was a time I went to pay my rent at the Washington Ave location and when a hostile customer began to take his frustration out on those around him, there was an employee who engaged with the man by taunting me, calling him names, challenging him to a fight, threatening him, and chasing him out of the building. She was completely unprofessional! She was seemingly proud of what she just did because she was boasting as she walked back in. But honestly, if this man was mentally ill or under the influence AND had a weapon, all of our lives would be at stake! I’m sure old national doesn’t train their employees to behave that way! I would not feel safe at all if a real emergency took place. The female employee even seemed to brag to the police when he came out. I haven’t been to that old national since! I wouldn’t know if that woman still works there. But when I sent an email to the manager, I never got a reply or an apology or anything. Don’t waste your time with old national!

Absolutely ridiculous. They charged me overdraft fees when I had money in the account and have charged me everyday for a week or two without notifying me. I call them and they admit they are in the wrong but say they can't do anything about it on the phone I go to the bank and they admit they are in the wrong but wont refund me overdraft fees so I still have to pay them! Closing the account. I have banked here for 6 years. Ridiculous.

A few of the tellers are nice, but...slow drive thru! Almost always a long wait. This last visit really was frustrating. On my lunch break, i tried to cash a check. Waited at the terminal, after sending check in the capsule, for 15 min. There is never anyone to say "be with you in a moment", you just wait. I press call button(others around are clearly upset). No response. I called the bank and asked if there was a problem. Finally a man shows on the screen and states he needs my account number. I did not want to say it aloud for all to hear and didn't have anymore time to waste. I asked for him to send my check And licence back, i have to get back to work, I'll cash it later. No apologies for the wait, no "have a nice day".
