Sam's Club is a popular warehouse store that offers a wide range of products, including snacks, electronics, and store brands. The store is always clean and the staff is friendly, making it a pleasant shopping environment. Many customers appreciate the quality of the store brands and the great deals, especially on hot dogs and other food items. However, the membership can be pricey, and some find the prices higher compared to other stores like Costco. The store has limited food items and electronics, and the checkout lines can be long, with not enough registers to handle busy times. Shopping on weekends can be chaotic due to long lines and many carts waiting to be checked out. The store has adjusted its payment process for Club Pickup orders, now requiring prepayment with a card for contact-free pickup. Customer experiences with staff vary, with some noting issues like unhelpful cashiers or pushy sales staff from third-party companies. The store's layout and bathroom locations are sometimes awkward, and communication about services like pharmacy hours could be clearer. Overall, Sam's Club is valued for its deals and friendly employees but has room for improvement in service and pricing.
I love going to Sam's all the time I went there to get some paper towel but they were out so I'll be going backery or just browsing because you never know what you're going to find there

It's more expensive up front, but cheaper in the long run. Shop here if you can, they have the best deals.

Seems the place is getting better. At least there are workers on the floor who could help you find things. Self checkouts are great. Scan & Go is real nice.
