Check out and loading was quick and easy. They didn't get mad at me when I bought too much and had to play tetras ???? also, bathroom was super clean and inviting which is always a plus and shows they care about their customers!!!”

“Stopped in 12-28-20 at around 430pm and upon first arrival there was 1 sales associate and 2 customers in front of me.I wasn't in a hurry so I decided to wait my turn.I talked with Jeff and I told him what I was looking for we discussed standard heights vs custom and different glass options.He was able to give me a quote on 4 different options and I was going to double check my measurements before ordering and to make sure it's what we wanted.Tuesday 12-29-20 I called Jeff to orderAnd he wasn't available at the time I called and I was told for certain he would call me back before end of day.Around 20 minutes later Jeff called and product is ordered!Will follow up once my item arrives.”

“I visit Costco on a regular basis and I like the selection and staff. A while ago I chatted with a Customer Service advisor by the name of Grayson who was, I must say extremely helpful in every way, he took his time to explain the returns process which I found to be exceptional and yesterday (06/11/23) I was there, picked up some items then spotted a washing machine at a very good price, couldn't find anyone and then there was Grayson this time on a stand about signing up for their Visa card. It was almost closing time and yet again he helped me in locating a sales associate to purchase the machine. Many thanks to Grayson and Larry. Job well done 10/10 Cheers”

“The associates I encountered were friendly and helpful.The store was clean, nicely lit and well organized. Aisles were uncluttered and wide enough to pass without hitting another cart or person.Checkout goes quickly without being rushed.”

“A great place to get a membership so you can purchase stuff for considerably cheaper than at the grocery store. They carry all kinds of stuff for the home including pharmacy type things and grocery type things. They also have alcohol for sale and it's a great place to get soft drinks. I would recommend. Also there's really cheap food in the food court.”

“Only delimma I had is no matter what pump you go to was 1 direction only for all of them. Had to circle the parking lotv& being Christmas almost got hit twice going down the parking lane”

“This review is for their fuel station only. This Sam's location has easy access off a main road, namely Virginia Street, making it convenient. Unlike other locations this one has only a single pump in each lane but they do have 12 lanes available. I did see multiple people using the "wrong" side and stretching the hose to fit their caps on the opposite side of their vehicles with no problem. The lines seemed to be moving rather quickly probably because of the single pump per lane. In other words, I didn't have to wait for two people to fill up and move on. The lines were not overflowing like at my home Sam's in Greenwood.Today's fuel price was $3.17 for regular which was 16 cents cheaper than the gas stations across the street. One thing I do wish for is a faster processing on the screens. The screens on the pumps seem to be slow or hesitating more than other fuel stations of other brands.”
