The staff has been friendly and helpful. the only thing I don't like is that I have to have insurance. I don't feel I should have to have insurance if I don't want it. I understand why it's necessary but I still think it should be my choice.

Signed up online which went fairly smoothly but really appreciated the call I got next day from local employee. All has gone well moving in my items but door lock is hard to maneuver. I'll see about getting it checked.
