“This store has a lot of unique items. If you're looking for some vintage t-shirts or other throwbacks, this place is for you. Besides clothes, this place sells books, large selection of music (records, cassettes, and compact disc), jewelry, nick knacks, and other unique vintage items.The staff member working, who also owns the business, was very knice and willing to assist the customers.I highly recommend anyone looking for older items, possibly collector's items, should visit.I'm glad I found this store. But, it's in a very strange location. Be sure to use your preferred mapping app.”

“Plato's Closet has an abundance of items you're searching for. The prices are a buck or two more than the traditional 2nd hand store but worth the value times 10. The items you find are not the typical drop off your crap for resale you find in other places . They hand select each item for quality before purchasing them. You'll find this store is at the top end level. You'll save a lot of money here and no one will know. :)

“Had broken original shutter hinge for my 1928 Anderson & Veatch home in Lincolnshire. Did not have any but owner said he had a box of them at his house. Brought them in the next day. Sadly they did not match up with what I needed. Such a treasure trove if item. A must visit. Many thanks”
