“Excellent hand carwash on the northside of Keystone! I do van life and have a roofbox attached to my car, and the team at Marvelous Touch took wonderful care of her. I just pulled up and they took my car in after a short wait. Everyone there is really kind, friendly, and fun to talk to. As for the location itself, the surroundings could use a little love, but it is safe here. There’s lots of small, family-owned local businesses and neighborhoods in this area. The service is incredible and the owners are genuine, they take great care of their shop. If you’re looking for a trusty hand carwash in the Indy area, make this one your go-to! ?✨?”
“My car got smudge in the back left side at Rio in the parking lot, no note nothing. I researched where to take it to get fixed as I only wanted it popped out. Brian at Story’s was fantastic he offered to do it free of charge. That meant the world to me as I am a single mom and every dollar counts. The left it good as new. “They did a great job of working with me in spite of the challenges that I faced with my insurance company. They did such a great job that after the insurance work was done. I had them do a few small things to my car and it was done at a reasonable price. They also cleaned the inside of my car so overall my car was in way better shape than before I brought in.
I want to also add that they were great at communicating with me and they were actually done with the car about a day early.”

“Our car was rear ended. It didn't look like a lot of damage but after Tom Wood looked at it, there was a lot of underneath damage not easily seen. Although it took about a month to get our car back it was worth it as it looks like new Tom Wood had some miscommunication with Hertz and the insurance company. Seems the insurance company did not like the fact that we needed a rental car for a week while Tom Wood ordered parts The 3 parties, Insurance, Car Rental and Tom Wood would not accept responsibility for the week car rental charge and $200+ defaulted to us. Discouraging but none the less the car was well repaired.”

During my first interior clean, they even asked me to pull my SUV around at a specific time to ensure the service was done thoroughly and to the highest standard. As any parent knows, managing multiple children means vehicles can become messy very quickly. However, since I visit weekly with this membership, my vehicles remain spotless and always smell great.
