“Couldn't ask for a cleaner refurbished computer! On top of that they went out of their way to provide the options I asked for. They take care of their customers. Prices are reasonable, not overpriced like others I checked. If you are buying refurb, I think it's better to go with them rather than playing the lottery with an unknown seller and hoping to get a bargain. It's worth the peace of mind.”

“Although it is 35 minutes from my home, sitting down with a Genius to get help with my product was far superior than trying to get help on the phone. The store was busy, although I have seen it busier. Nonetheless the wait was minimal. I have always wished there was a retail Apple store closer. This is a large metro area with one store. I would love to have a downtown Indianapolis store or one on the N-S corridors between downtown and Greenwood.”

“Nate assisted me with a bluetooth issue today. I left the store with instructions to try and solve my issue. I sat in my truck and tried all of his suggestions. About an hour later my issue is solved and I am very grateful. Thanks Nate and MacExperience for helping me out today. I recommend this store to anyone needing help with their Apple products.”
