“We pulled up to the new location to look at a range that we saw on City Appliance's Facebook page. After chatting with RJ we learned that the range was actually at their old location, which was currently closed. He offered to drive over and open the store so we could take a look at it. We ended up purchasing the range, and RJ helped us load it into our trailer for the drive home. After a few weeks of waiting for parts to be delivered/installed to convert from natural gas to propane, we found that there was a bad part (from the factory) that did not allow the range to ignite the burners. City Appliance's normal policy would be to have us bring the range back to the store (because we live over an hour away) to have their technicians inspect and repair the unit. The store owner, Jonathan, allowed us to have a local technician repair the unit and reimbursed us the cost of the parts and labor. I very much recommend this store due to their great inventory, and better customer service!”
“Five star service. I had a power supply failure, and they diagnosed it immediately, and installed the new power supply the same day I dropped it off. If I have any more issues they’ll be my first call.”

“So I’ve called the number that’s on here and it says that it’s only a hotline number and that they cannot connect me to the local store but I think that that’s a bunch of crap because the world that we live in now so I think it will spam I’m picking up. “Needed 1 thing. Asked an associate and she took me right to it. But the check put took way too long. Two people ahead of me. They were detailed transactions. There was a 3rd person there helping the other 2. They could have opened another register.”
“Went to upgrade our phones and watches, and Arnold helped us thru all of it. He was so friendly, easy to work with, and helped us with everything we needed! He had so much patience, answering all of our questions, even while my kids were being monsters! It was such a pleasure to work with him, and hopefully next year when it’s time to upgrade again, we will get to work with him! Victor is pretty cool too - and likes Doritos!! ☺️”
“I've always had a good experience at this location. I've been a customer since they opened this location. Staff and manager are helpful and friendly. The process is quick and easy. Being able to make payments online is very convenient, and you have the choice of weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. You can apply and start your agreement online as well. The variety of merchandise in stock is always good online and in store, options of new and used, everything is clean and in excellent shape. Delivery of product is always fast and professional, and they set everything up for you. I love the longer same as cash option, which allows me to pay things off versus a long, drawn-out rental agreement. Location is convenient if you need to go into the store. I recommend this location. My advice using rent a center versus bashing the staff is this... Expect to get called, etc, if you're late on payment, so don't be late on payment. If you come to a point where you can't afford payments anymore, just call them to come pick up the merchandise and be done with it versus dragging them or you through harassment, court etc, it's not worth it. If you can pay off in the same as cash window, I recommend it. It saves from paying on something forever and paying more in the long run ?”
