“We pulled up to the new location to look at a range that we saw on City Appliance's Facebook page. After chatting with RJ we learned that the range was actually at their old location, which was currently closed. He offered to drive over and open the store so we could take a look at it. We ended up purchasing the range, and RJ helped us load it into our trailer for the drive home. After a few weeks of waiting for parts to be delivered/installed to convert from natural gas to propane, we found that there was a bad part (from the factory) that did not allow the range to ignite the burners. City Appliance's normal policy would be to have us bring the range back to the store (because we live over an hour away) to have their technicians inspect and repair the unit. The store owner, Jonathan, allowed us to have a local technician repair the unit and reimbursed us the cost of the parts and labor. I very much recommend this store due to their great inventory, and better customer service!”

“I needed a new pc and I prefered one for gaming, so I did a lot of research and Micro Center had the best bang for the buck. I bookmarked as a favorite on their website two of the PCs that I was interested in; one being the mid-range and one as the higher tier PC for gaming. When I got to the store I found that I could get a 5% discount on the entire purchase if I simply signed up for their credit card so I did that and also got the extended two yesr warranty for a total of three years coverage on a beefy PC. I ended up spending far less than expected. Overall it was an outstanding experience and I'm enjoying this new high performance gaming system. A big shout out to the Toasty Brothers for their informative reviews and to Micro Center for creating these PowerSpec systems. The PowerSpec prebuilds are hard to beat for their quality snd the price.”

“I've always had a good experience at this location. I've been a customer since they opened this location. Staff and manager are helpful and friendly. The process is quick and easy. Being able to make payments online is very convenient, and you have the choice of weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. You can apply and start your agreement online as well. The variety of merchandise in stock is always good online and in store, options of new and used, everything is clean and in excellent shape. Delivery of product is always fast and professional, and they set everything up for you. I love the longer same as cash option, which allows me to pay things off versus a long, drawn-out rental agreement. Location is convenient if you need to go into the store. I recommend this location. My advice using rent a center versus bashing the staff is this... Expect to get called, etc, if you're late on payment, so don't be late on payment. If you come to a point where you can't afford payments anymore, just call them to come pick up the merchandise and be done with it versus dragging them or you through harassment, court etc, it's not worth it. If you can pay off in the same as cash window, I recommend it. It saves from paying on something forever and paying more in the long run ?”
