I have had my account with First Internet for over 7 years and I love them. I have had zero issues since I joined. They are quick to respond to questions and very helpful when I call. One doesn't even have to stay on hold forever to speak with a live agent. Agents are very knowledgeable and friendly. This bank truly cares about its customers.

The best bank! I have been with them for over two decades. They have been fantastic. Great rates, refunds of ATM fees. Prompt fund availability. Prompt and personal customer service. Hope they stay that way. The only problem is the $500 Zelle limit.

I was an early adopter of online banking. After the first couple of online-only banks I did business with got bought out by larger banks (and raised their fees substantially), I found First Internet Bank. I have been with them ever since. For more than two decades, they have had great technology, terrific security, but most importantly, when I need to talk to someone, I just give them a call and they always help me out. They are friendly and go the extra mile for their customers and are willing to work with you. AND their fees are incredibly low.

I started opening accounts at this bank after I first heard about it from CNBC channel in 1997. It has long customer service hours. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Their website is very easy to use. Their rates are excellent. It has been a wonderful experience for me to do business with this bank. I highly recommend it.

This has been my favorite bank for many many years. They were leaders going fully internet and have been fair, reasonable and fabulous to work with ever since. Great rates on saving and checking, I’ve had loans with them, and trust them to continue to provide excellent products and really nice people to work with.

You will never go wrong with this bank. I have been a customer of First IB for 20+ years and they are the best thing ever. You can do any kind of banking with them and you don’t even have to live in the same state. Loans, savings, mortgages, checking, money markets, etc. They are the Kings of banking!They are the Emperors of banking!Dare I say it, they are the gods of banking!!

I've used First Internet bank for probably 20 years. We have 4 accounts with them and also did a mortgage refinance with them. Everything is always so easy. You call and get a real person on the line.. imagine that. I've tried other banks because I wanted something local but FIB is just so easy to work with I still prefer them over a bank I can walk into.

We have been customers for a long time and love this bank. Great rates and awesome customer service. Working with them is great. When we were buying a car and need a large wire transfer they made it easy. We even moved to other state and have had no iseue. When we started bank with First Internet we lived in Fishers, In and have moved to Holland, MI. Have a great experience with them.

We've had our business accounts at First Internet Bank for about two years. They offer competitive interest rates for business accounts. The ability to do ACH transactions is a definite plus. Their customer service is the best! Anything I have ever contacted them about has been taken care of within a few hours, usually less than an hour. I am a very satisfied customer and plan to continue doing business with them.

Every year they make you send in all sorts of financial documents. It's the type of information that is just a waste of time when payments are being made consistently. I could see the extra paperwork if someone had issues with payments. Will be paying off and changing banks as soon as pre-payment penalty time period is over.

Have been repeatedly impressed by the quality, responsiveness, and courteous service from the phone support (direct banker contact), to that received when visiting their office to obtain a cashiers check. They always answer the phone, and are available by email and in person. Their interest bearing savings money market has great rates compared to my old mainstay brick and mortar multi site branch company that gave a fraction of a percentage interest for years. Plus you can’t miss their building wuth the old fashioned huge letters sign on the roof! So glad I found DIB!

The initial loan process was very easy and they met my needs, however after the loan funded their customer service has been horrible. They held the title to the trailer I purchased from a previous loan. I paid them a $199 fee to process the title work and 6 weeks later, we still don't have a title and can not use our trailer because we can't get tags. I have contacted them 4 times and am told each time that someone will get right back with me. I've been told twice that my issue has been escalated to a manager and I still don't get a response. I definitely do not recommend doing business with First Internet Bank!

This bank was completely surprising. It is an internet only bank but the service far surpasses any brick and mortar bank. My husband actually set up the account for me because he had the time and it was impressive the number of times the bank called and touched base to make sure the process was going well. I can’t begin to recommend enough this bank and Russell who was the primary point person with my husband.
