I've tried to call and it always says the wireless customer cannot be reached, what a joke

Absolutely horrible customer service, I've been overpaying taxes for 5 months and when I submit tickets they send an AI response and close it. Can't get a hold of a human.

I never leave reviews but I am leaving a one star review. Please go with a different company for all your mortgage needs. Communication is poor, service is slow and delayed. They kept asking for the same documentation that was submitted at least 3 times. I will never use this company or recommend them to anyone.
