Freedom Mortgage bought my loan from Sirva Mortgage two years ago and has been a whirlwind of incompetence ever since. They have routinely mismanaged my escrow account and have failed to pay my homeowner's insurance two years in a row. This is, obviously, a nightmare.

Worst company out there they will take your insurance money after tornado and not give it back except in partial payments which wont allow fix house. Then they play game of switch you around in effort to make u gove up so they can keep money.

I would not trust my money with this company at this time I will update my if anything changes they got people working for them that takes everything personal when you complain about the job that is getting done and they will disrupt your life don't trust them maybe they will change one
