Health Spot is a great spot in the area; staff are always knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The staff is super nice and kind, and they are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. They carry protein powder, supplements and 1st Phorm products, and the vitamin stores around the area are corporate‑ran. Their Instagram feed is informative and the posts are full of useful stuff. Great customer service and a super nice staff is highly recommend to check them out.
