    “Best customer service location ever nice helpful pleasant associates a feel of welcoming each time today I stopped by real quick and picked up 10 cases of 40 packs waters and there was a associate who I asked before even getting a cart is there someone that can load them on my truck, he was so kind nice full of grace he quickly said yes and Multitask at the same time while finishing up what he was doing I patiently waited and he walked me out with all that I needed and assisted me with all of the cases of water and did it with a big smile you could tell he loves his job and only been there since October of last year Wow there are good people sent by God walking this earth Amen”

    “I dropped into Fresh Thyme grocery store this afternoon. I was searching for a healthy and charming crudite assortment to bring to a post funeral gathering. There were plenty of fruit platters but no veggie platter. The clerk Chelsea felt sorry for me and offered to put together a platter with the vegetables of my choice centered around the Marzetti Dip. It was fabulous and a big hit with all the cousins. Thank you Fresh Thyme.”

    “This particular store has single-handedly restored my faith in Kroger! I have avoided Kroger for the last few months due to poor service. I happened to be near this one having lunch, and stopped in to pick up something. I was completely surprised at how friendly and helpful the employees were! I was greeted when I entered the store, employees smiled at me, and several times I was asked if I needed any help. It sounds silly to say, but this has not been my experience at either of the two Krogers that are closer to my house. I went back today to pick up something and had the exact same experience! People were friendly, they genuinely cared and helped. I will go out of my way to come to this location. The people are great, the store is clean, and it was very well-stocked. It was a great experience, and I know I will drive the extra distance to shop at this location.”

    “I was on a terrible date the guy was being super weird I was able to find my way here to this gas station and the staff was extremely helpful. Although it is no one's job to keep us safe they did so a huge shout out to the young woman who was working tonight. I truly believe she saved my life! The store was also extremely clean along with the bathrooms.”

    “I live close by and frequent here quite often. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful if I can't find something or need advice on a cut of meat in the butcher area. Checkout staff are very pleasant. Only complaint would be that it can be challenging to find parking due to the gas station taking up the prime part of their lot.”

I usually check their mobile app for ecoupons/deals to add to my Kroger card before shopping. Typically busy here. Hard to get the shopping carts around, especially the produce area. Their parking is a bit limited too.”

    “Love this Kroger. All staff is super attentive when you’re using self checkout. Food is fresh. I’ve never found a single item out of date. It seems people care about their jobs here which should speak volumes about Kroger Corporate. The last time we went, it was clear corporate was visiting. There were probably close to 20 individuals that did not work at that store just being in the way of the customers. They had a huddle during opening hours RIGHT next to the bathroom and pharmacy sections. Um. Privacy please? They also kept walking between the self checkouts taking up space where people were trying to move around. Has corporate never shopped before. Get out of the way. The people at this store are incredible. So courteous. Very accommodating. Willing to see if something is in back stock. We used self checkout and I asked the woman if corporate was there and she confirmed they were. Legitimately it was the worst experience we had there since its opening.”

    Kroger is spending $112 million to build two new stores and renovate 15 existing locations across central and northwest Ohio. The company calls it a "record-breaking" commitment to the region. The two new Kroger Marketplace stores will rise in Canal Winchester and Delaware, Ohio, each costing roughly $30 million to build. Kroger broke ground on the Canal Winchester location on March 19 at the southeast corner of Diley Road and Greengate Boulevard.     Loblaw Companies Limited is putting serious money into its retail network this year. Canada's largest food and pharmacy retailer announced it will spend $2.4 billion in 2026 to open new stores, renovate existing locations and strengthen its supply chain. The company plans to open 70 new stores in 2026. That includes 34 Shoppers Drug Mart and Pharmaprix pharmacies and care clinics, along with 31 hard-discount No Frills and Maxi grocery stores. On top of the new openings, Loblaw will renovate another 191 stores and continue construction on a roughly 1.2 million-square-foot automated distribution center in Caledon, Ontario.
