“I am writing this review to commend Emma, the service agent at your store at 116th and Olio if I could give her 10 stars instead of five I would… I am a retired AT&T, vice president, so disgusted with AT&T service that I was willing to pay more per month to move to Verizon. My order included the transfer of two phone lines, a watch and two tablets. One phone line was located with my son in Denver.… Naturally working with AT&T was a problem, but Emma was just incredible at overcoming every obstacle in the way… Her service was beyond anything you expect anymore in terms of quality, customer assistance, friendly, pleasant attitude, patience, and she was such a delight to work with. I simply cannot imagine how my experience could’ve been improved. In fact, given what I’m used to with AT&T, I was expecting a horrible time in affecting this transfer.
