“This company deserves better reviews. I pay my mortgage on-time each month. Their online portal/website is comprehensive and can answer every question, including making payments of all kinds. (Mortgage, escrow, etc.). Finally, they send tax related information in a timely manner. What more do you people need?You will have issues with this company if you yourself have issues. If you don’t listen or pay attention during closing, don’t pay your bill on time, or expect these people to do the impossible for you, then you’ve created the problems. You are 1-star person in a financial sense, and leaving a bad review is just projecting.Oh, and any time I have called, they have been easy to communicate with. Coincidence? I think not.”
