“This is my favorite pet supplies store! When I lived in Fishers, Indiana, I frequented this location. I’ve moved to Florida 2 years ago but whenever I’m in town, I always come to this store.
I was actually at this store the week of Thanksgiving and I brought my dog in for a wash. I had recently purchased a discount card but I left it in FL and didn’t have it with me. I asked the Manager that was at the register if she’d be able to pull up my card in the system but she advised me that unfortunately, I had to have the physical card with me. I figured this was the case and was going to purchase a bath anyway but she went ahead and used a bath from my discount card and just asked me to make sure I crossed it off. This doesn’t seem like a big deal to some but it was a big deal to me because my dog really needed a wash, he has skin issues and will scratch and lick himself raw so I have to bathe him frequently. So thank you because I know you didn’t have to do this. I crossed it off :)”
“The most helpful people work here and they have some quality products for my dogs. We have two dogs, each with differing dietary needs. Every time I come in they give me a wealth of knowledge and advice. The pricing is comparable to other places - but their product/ingredient quality and customer service really is what sets this store apart and keeps me coming back. I almost always learn something new and helpful to take better care of my dogs.”
“The staff that works here is so fun and helpful. Their dog wash station is not the nicest I’ve ever seen for $10, but it’s usually open and clean. The selection of treats and food here is hard to beat!”

“Best service ever!!! I went to return a bag of dog food I got online with promotion. The associates helped me not only returned but also exchanged to what I needed for my baby. The lady even gave us an extra small discount with exchanging. I originally owned some but eventually got some changes back. The best customer service ever in sooooooo long. That is what makes your customer loyal!”
“The only negative I have is that I wish they would trim my dogs nails shorter. Everytime I bring them I can still hear them tap dance when I couldn't at the last place we used.”

“The salesperson retrieved the the large bag of dog food for me and carried it to the register. I shopped in toys and found a great toy for Rascal. I checked out and the salesperson carried the dog food out and placed it in my car. They are always friendly and helpful.”
