“Josh is very knowledgeable and professional. My car has ceramic rotors, which require special care and certain materials to be avoided, and he knew exactly what needed to be done. He also made sure the team handled everything correctly.
I purchased new tires through them, and less than a month later, one of the tires hit a curb. Josh helped me get it covered through the manufacturer warranty, even though I had not purchased Belle Tire’s warranty.
The service was excellent, and the team is top-notch. Highly recommended.”

“I had what I thought might’ve been a major issue with the car, but turned out to be relatively minor but yet one that couldn’t be ignored. A rubber piece connected to the brake which was responsible for triggering a relay switch allowing the car to be started only by pressing on the break and of course it also operated the brake lights was out. That piece crumbled so the car would start without pressing the break and the lights other than the center in the back window were not operable. After calling and going to a number of local auto shops, Pep Boys was the only one that was accommodating and were able to analyze what the issue was and make a quick repair. It wasn’t a situation where I had to wait a week or longer just to have an appointment to have the car looked at.It still took a day for them to order the part, but that was acceptable. In the end, the cost for the part labor along with tax was extremely reasonable. It put all of these local shops that I reached out to, to shame.”

“i was in the other day and the employee was named Noah was absolutely amazing!!! he was polite and helped me immediately. i got tires a week before then and i already had a leak. he stopped what he was doing and did my aircheck and noticed a nail in my tire he told me he would get me done as soon as he could. I watched him speedily get everything done to help me get out of there as soon as possible so i could take my kids out to eat. truly the best employee interaction ive ever had. i could tell he enjoyed his job and took it seriously!!! highly recommend!!!”
