“My car looks like new again. My only complaint is I had two wait for them to clean it. Two days! And when I arrived I was told to run it thru the car was because I had a car wash sticker. They inside was filthy covered in the dust from the air bags. And there was a coffee cup in it that wasn't mine either. Great body shop, but don't wait for them to "wash" for you.”

“I was so impressed with the service and respect shown here!!! My son just had two tires put on. Very reasonably priced. They thought that there could potentially be a problem with the bolts pertaining to the struts. . Prepared us with the extra price it would be in case there was a problem. Come to find out the bolts were able to be moved and all is well. They could’ve easily ripped us off knowing that my son and I don’t know much about cars. They were honest fast and even fit us in after my husband accidentally booked us at another location. We will be back!!!! Great job guys!!!!!”

“This review is for 4 service visits, all of them 5 stars, for the Noblesville location since we moved there in the past year. We previously used the Carmel location with great service as well, so apparently this company is doing great things insofar as developing their leadership, customer service and culture. After I write this review I'm going to see if they are publicly traded so I can buy stock.We've done there twice for tires (a cheap pair for an old van we were going to sell and an expensive set for a daily driver w 20" wheels) and once each for free air service and free punctured tire service. Every time and with every associate I dealt with, they were polite, articulate, respectful, informative and swift. They don't charge to put air in your tires and offer (with no pressure) you to sign up for service monitoring and sales ads -- but will still fill your tires for free if you deline it. Yesterday I had them remove a bolt from a tire I didn't even buy there. They quickly and cheerfully did it for free. And shook my hand and thanked me for my service. Way to go guys!!”

“BJ's reminds me of a smaller version of Sam's and Costco. What is unique is regional their products. I love Krakus brand ham, so when I saw Krakus ham in BJ's deli - I I bought the whole deli size ham, to take back to Oklahoma with me. great customer service they offered to slice a package the ham, but for traveling purposes was easier to put it in the ice chest whole. The star was well worth buying the membership and a few are a veteran. There is a discount on the membership. Great value on all products, friendly customer service.”
