I ordered a Coach handbag online so they shipped my order from their location to California. I was super excited for it so when it finally arrived and I unboxed it I was surprised to see that they just put the bag inside the box with zero protection not even a bit of wrapping paper or bubble wrap literally nothing they just placed the bag inside the box and closed it up. Luckily the bag didn’t get damaged but considering this was an almost 200 dollar purchase you guys should really be shipping your stuff with way more care. Besides that I’m super happy I was able to find this certain bag and for a great price too but please do better with your online shipping orders. Thank you.”

“My granddaughter, and I stopped in to get a few books the other day. After leaving the store, my granddaughter could not find her doggy purse and thought she left it behind there. We turned around the car and went back to look for it. The wonderful staff and store manager all got involved to help. They all stopped what they were doing to help the little girl find her purse. The kind manager even looked at the surveillance footage on the camera. The camera showed that she walked out of the store with a purse over her shoulder. Needless to say, she left it somewhere else. That was above and beyond customer service. We are very grateful and thankful for everyone’s help and kindness. Thank you to everyone and the staff.”
