AWFUL! I had a package delivered last Saturday and the delivery driver listed it as delivered to parcel locker. I looked everywhere and no package anywhere. I wasn’t feeling well and actually ended up in the ER later on, so my boyfriend drove to this location, spoke to a manager who called the delivery driver. The delivery driver said he left the package in the electronic hub, which is great but not when you FORGET TO GIVE THE CODE! My boyfriend drove back to have a leasing office agent open it but she was just filling for the weekend and didn’t have access. My boyfriend called the post office back and spoke to the same manager and told him we needed the code, the manager said give me a few minutes and I’ll call you back…never called back! I couldn’t get the package until Monday. Customer service and people being accountable for doing their jobs has gone to crap!

The service here is the lowest of the low. No attention, they try to move you along like they have a line of 30 people, when it was just me and 1 more person.
I asked for a piece of tape to put my label on my box, and they lady said they didn't have tape. When I pointed out that the other clerk had tape next to her and was using it to assist the other person there, she said she couldn't use it.
Needless to say I turned around and will NEVER walk back in here.
A little class and training in service would help, but at the end of the day, hiring the right people is the only thing that works. And this place doesn't have the right people.

No tape for packaging at all in the building for purchase and not even an offer to tape my label to a box to ship. Had to go buy tape and come back to the post office for a second trip

Back up to five. The appointment actually went very well. They could have posted the information better.
I came in today for a passport application. I was told I need to make an appointment. However online it doesn’t have their hours it just says come submit your passport application here. Walk in. They aren’t even part of the post office. And their sign inside for the passport office says nine am to nothing because they RIPPED off the closing hours and on a printed label in very tiny font just above the hours posted “by appointment”. They can’t be serious!!

Telephone connection is worthless. Automated attendant is worthless. So hard to talk to a human you just give up.
USPS NEEDS A COMPLETE REVAMP!

Worst post office on earth. They lost my package. Never told me they tried to deliver it. Every single time I go the older black lady on the far left register doesn't want to have to handle cash so she says debit or credit and she has done it for years. If you have cash or there's no one else working you have to leave. Im over it.

The people who work there hardly are capable of mot being on there phones while they work and if they can't figure out what to do with a package they send it to another center to make it someone else's problem

For how often this post office gets used in this area you would think they would have this place running efficiently or at least with nicer employees. There is always a line with a 30+ minute wait. The package drop box is always jammed or full. About half the employees are rude and are extremely unhelpful.

This place is the worst. I have a much better experience going out of my way to other post offices. The inside envelope slot is jammed 90% of the time. The secured parcel chute that you normally can put parcels in does not ever work so you have to leave your parcels outside of it in the lobby. Anyone can take any of these items and they often fall off as it’s completely full. I ring the doorbell inside the lobby to get an employee to clear the jam so I can drop letters and postcards. The agent behind the window yells at me to get in line because he said nobody ever answers the doorbell. I told him I’m not getting in line to drop letters and postcards. He snapped back and said just throw them in the cart. I’m not putting envelopes in postcards to get damaged between all the parcels. Every time I have come here the same issues keep coming up. Good luck to y’all.

Dropped a damage package off there for a claim they failed within 30 days to do anything with it so my claim was denied for $90! Went back after 30 days and a smirky smile lady brought me the box later Gene Harrington called me and apologize saying they had new employee that needed training supposedly entered the claim information but 30 days later still denied - really pathetic!

It takes a lot for me to waste my time writing a google review, but here we are. What is the point of having a postal service if they deliver mail/packages to the wrong address repeatedly? I don’t know if it is the delivery person or sorters, but non-envelope mail has been getting delivered to the wrong address (same house number, different street). I cut a bit of slack the first few times, and the issue was resolved for a few months, but here we go again. I have tried to call this location 3 times, went through the automated system to speak to a representative, just to have no one answer the phone and the call ended. I’d rather have no mail service and light my tax dollars on fire than pay for this “service”.
Follow your dreams, kids, if Louis DeJoy can become post master general, you can accomplish literally ANYTHING.

For many years the Fishers post office was the best. Now, it is the worst. For the 3 business days before the April 15th federal and Indiana tax filing deadline, there was exactly one window open for service. Window employees are not friendly and will walk away from the window mid service and disappear without explanation. When they return, again without explaining the reason for their departure, and complete the service, they apparently feel that excellent service has been provided as long as they say “have a good day”. Save time and frustration by using another post office for your mailing needs.
