Seems like something is always wrong.Kiosk is broken. No priority boxes. No labels. Outgoing bins are full, especially on weekends

American incompetence at it’s finest. A small empty building with broken atms and no way to call support.

I like the idea of this - self-service kiosks and large enough drop boxes to fit larger packages. Reason for the lower ratings? The kiosks weren't working, basically making this location useless for when j needed to ship out a package. Great idea, just need better attention and maintenance.

Used the kiosk and drop box to ship a small package with insurance. USPS updated the tracking with “in transit” 4 days later and the package never arrived. Here’s the fun part: USPS says there is no evidence the package was ever in their possession. I spent $8 with USPS to lose an insured $40 item and they won’t honor the insurance claim. Be careful using this facility. I asked them to review video and was told there is no way for them to do that.

I recently discovered this hidden gem at 13326 Overview Dr Fishers, IN 46037. This self service Postal center allows you to buy stamps, mail letters & packages and even has postal boxes all without the lines and wait. Note: Automated Service Hours are Open 24 Hours / Day / 7 Days / Week. Pickup is 5:30pm only

I would like to thank the postal server for their great service. On 8-2-2020 the post man pulled up to my house on Sunday morning at 11:18 am and I was walking into the house when the mail man yelled package I walked towards him and he throws it in the yard and tell me to have a good day twice. Great service

I took my neighbor's mail out of my box and put it at their door... Again.I resigned myself to the fact that several times a year other people's mail wind up in my. I also must assume that this happens to everyone else in the neighborhood. I'm tired of complaining, so I quit calling and complaining. I'm not really convinced it is the carrier (machine sorting and all other methods). How much of MY mail am I missing???

Super convenient location near 126th & Olio Rd in Fishers. They have 2 self-service machines, but one of them wasn't working properly. It wasn't accurately weighing packages. However, the other machine was fine and I appreciate not having to deal with the main Fishers post office on a Saturday morning. In and out with no wait!

This is only a self service location. Google should specify it!

Supplies, especially certain size boxes, are limited, esp Regl flat rate B. Last pickup M-F is 5:00p. Saturday is 2:00p. No pickup on Sunday. Parcel drop (pull down) door is sometimes finicky to non-functional. Overall, a decent facility.

This is conveniently located and used to be great. The last two times I went there the automatic postage machines have been broken. One wouldn't work at all, the other wouldn't weigh your package. For those who have mailboxes there and live on the East side of Fishers it's great not to have to cross the highway to get your mail. But for those wanting to send packages or non-priority mail, it doesn't serve the need at all. I ended up at the UPS store.

Self service only. Everything is automated, prefer the regular offices with people. Stamps printed as bar codes which was strange and was a bit more confusing to use. However it is convenient because open more.

Just know that this place is drop-offs and self services only. No attendants/assistants.
