every time i go i always had a packaged be shipped and services working fine. Feel like people too old and dont know how to use it.

Seems like something is always wrong.Kiosk is broken. No priority boxes. No labels. Outgoing bins are full, especially on weekends

I like the idea of this - self-service kiosks and large enough drop boxes to fit larger packages. Reason for the lower ratings? The kiosks weren't working, basically making this location useless for when j needed to ship out a package. Great idea, just need better attention and maintenance.
