Christopher met me as soon as I walked in. He was very polite, professional and low key (which is a good thing). He handled the issue with my phone quickly and also was very helpful with my questions about a new phone. Great service!!

I don’t normally do reviews but I this case, I have to. I went into this Verizon store to get my iPhone fixed because it was doing something odd. Not only did I get it fixed, Henry was able to change some things on my account and save me money!! Henry and all the guys there were wonderful and so kind to me and they never made me feel bad about not knowing what was actually going on with my phone. I have never experienced such great customer service and kindness! Thank you to Henry and all the caring and helpful staff!!! You are amazing!!

Fully staffed, no wait, super helpful salesperson, could’ve used a bit more advice on set-up w/parental controls…didn’t know what I didn’t know. Difficulty processing cc payment on handheld device, ended up getting triple charged and still waiting for corporate to fix.

Store visit was quick and easy for online order pick up. Staff was quick to greet and assist with my pick up. Great location for anyone that needs to be in and out without worry of wasting a whole day at a wireless store.

Today I came to this location with my mom to upgrade from an iPhone XR to the iPhone 14. Eli was the one to help us out, and he was fantastic. Not only was he super helpful in explaining the different payment plans and actually setting up my new phone, but he ALSO discovered some problems with my *mom’s* phone and fixed those right up without us having to ask for extra. He was truly fantastic, and a pleasure to talk to. We both appreciate you and everything you did for us, Eli!

Everyone did a great job on my 5 line business account. Shout out to Henry, Maurice and Eli. They took the time to help with everything I needed. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who wants to get set up for phone lines.

Any time I’ve needed help with anything to do with my cell phones these guys have been a pleasure to work with. It can be frustrating when things aren’t working correctly, but they have always worked with me to figure out what the issue was. Whether it was a billing issue or phone issue. They even helped me save money on my bill by finding some discounts my wife and I qualified for since she is an educator. Eli Bell has been the customer service rep I’ve dealt with the most, and he has been welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful each time. I’ve been a Verizon customer for over a decade and this is why I’ll continue to be one.

If i have to work with verizon this is now my go to store. Went to spain in December. Before going i called the 800 number twice and visited a store (not this one) making sure our two phones were unlocked and ready for a local or esim. All three times i was told yes, Verizon phones are unlocked after 90 days of purchase. Come to find out, once in spain, they were wrong. After a 4th call internationally with verizon i was told the new iphone with tons of money still owed was unlocked. The galaxy s21 with $100 owed and at the end of the 2 year contract was still locked.
My dad went to the store, put me on speaker and worked out the best option would be a change to our calling plan that was cheaper than the monthly international plan$100 or the $10 a day plan. I would have to change my plan back once i got home. Worked out perfectly. Saved me a ton of money and got my phone working.
He also explained that samsung is who supposedly wants to keep the phones locked until completely paid off. So word to the wise if you are traveling internationally and you ask if your phone is unlocked make them search the account to verify.
