Asked for lost/stolen coverage and Greg sold me Verizon Home stating it covered lost/stolen. It does NOT. Had to spend 30 minutes going around with Asurion to get that clarification and get it cancelled. Had gone to this location before and had a great experience with a different rep.

Worst service by Paul if that's his name. Big guy with a beard. Had no interest in helping me because it was not a purchase. Just get rid of the stores. They never are interested in helping if they don't get to make a buck off you.
