Asked for lost/stolen coverage and Greg sold me Verizon Home stating it covered lost/stolen. It does NOT. Had to spend 30 minutes going around with Asurion to get that clarification and get it cancelled. Had gone to this location before and had a great experience with a different rep.

Worst service by Paul if that's his name. Big guy with a beard. Had no interest in helping me because it was not a purchase. Just get rid of the stores. They never are interested in helping if they don't get to make a buck off you.

Most of the employees in this store are dishonest. I purchased a device with a premium plan from this store eight months ago and I was told from DeeAnte that I will receive a $500 gift card in my mailbox, and I did not receive anything. Whenever I go there to ask about the gift card they create a new story with a new scenario. I was there today to see what happened and I was told that the gift card is expired because I didn’t go online to redeem it!It is all about advertising and getting commission from customers, period.

Chris is the man!! Answered all my questions technical and otherwise, set me up with a great purchase, and even stayed past closing a bit to complete my order. Rock Solid Customer Service. Good Job Chris.

Two visits to this store and neither time was worth the trip. Had an account issue they couldn't correct and was told they couldn't help so I couldn't add watches.. ..next visit was to discuss account options and was directed back to the Verizon website. I know there is a website, I came into to the store so I didn't have to go to the website and actually interact with person about my account. Funny part was, I ended buying all new phones, adding watches, and upgrading my plan with a phone representative. Not sure if they make commission or not but if so, I would of been an easy sell. I agree with other posts, if you are an existing customer, this place is not for you

Awesome customer service. Keegan went out of his way to make sure our exchange was smooth and simple. A far better experience than ordering online.

Had a great buying experience at the Fishers Verizon store. Put off getting a new phone for months based off experiences at other phone stores. Collin made it super easy and way quicker than I expected. Looking forward to playing with my new Galaxy S22! Thank you!

Disappointing experience. Customer service associate was friendly but was not well educated on available options. Lack of knowledge resulted in extra time and hassle. On the positive side, we discovered the website was user-friendly and we were able to make the desired change ourselves.

Hours posted on Google says you're open till 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. I show up at 5:00 and there's an employee physically blocking the door saying they're closed.
