The staff is described as absolutely wonderful, with the general manager, Theresa, being particularly kind and welcoming. Customers praise the excellent customer service, clean restrooms, and overall pleasant shopping experience. The store is a favorite among locals and visitors alike, with one customer from California highlighting the helpfulness of an employee named Desiree. While there have been a few instances of less friendly staff, the overall consensus is that Village Pantry is a reliable and enjoyable place to shop.
In general, it's a clean facility, lots of snacks. Gas prices are competitive. The only issue I found was that the drink fountain ice dispenser was pretty gross. So that just raised a concern for me of cleanliness of the rest of the store of any of their other products that they make or you get
