βThis store is normally fully stocked. Only problem is a disagreement about pricing. Was buying a head of cabbage and the sign said it was .89/ct. I took it as .89 a head and the manager said it meant per lb. I lost the battle but still disagree.β
βStore employee Shawna was very helpful. I came into store looking for lighter fluid and she said since itβs not in season she would have to head to the back to look for it. After a short while she came back with the lighter fluid. She went out of her way to get that for me.β
βWe needed to replace our ancient washer and dryer. We spent half as much here as we were planning to spend at Lowe's or our local retail appliance shop. I'm very happy with the new set.
The staff were great too. No pressure to buy, but available to help, answer questions, and load.
If we ever need an appliance again I'll look here first.β
βTwo female employees helped my husband and me buy a display floor model. The SKU bar code had been misplaced, and they went out of their way to call other stores to track down the missing information. The transaction probably took 20 minutes. They were kind and never made us feel as if we were being problem customers. Way to go Kathryn and Taylor!β

βThis place is great everything that u think is 5 dollars is actually 1 dollar u can buy an 8 pack of soda for 2.50. And there are alot of fine and beautiful women that frequent the place. You may meet your future wife there. This place is almost better then going to a club lol.β
βIf find myself running in for a quick pick up and getting lost browsing the aisles! Always my go to for reasonably priced greeting cards, why pay $6-7? Lots of great bargains, but also great deals with the sales and digital coupons. Employees are always friendly and helpful.β
βBest Big Lots I've ever been in! They had peanut of clean carts, super well stocked, and the employees were very friendly. They were hard at work and extremely helpful even when working a Sunday shift. I was impressed at the cleanliness of the store and the variety of products they had. As always the prices are reasonable too.β
βThis store is fully stocked with products. The employees try to keep it in order as best as possible. I went there looking for the bio pure hand sanitizer and the lady was nice enough to grab a box and give me a couple of them. Very attentive. Great customer service!β
βFriendly clean stocked good sale indiana store. I drive from louisville just to go to this store. The older lady that cashiers his very helpful and friendly. She's somebody I'd definitely hire if had my own store. Idk her name she was working this evening bout 4or 5 pm..the only lane open .she was fast, curtious and even offered help due to my leg injury. All at same time trying to keep the lane aisle at checkout CLEAN AND STOCKED WHILE WAITING ON ME..THATS OVER THE TOP ABOVE AND BEYOND WORK ETHNICITY AND DESERVES A RAISE. PEOPLE DONT WANT TO WORK ANYNORE. SHES PERFECT EXAMPLE OF LEADERSHIP AND A ROLE MODEL FOR TRAINING. IVE BEEN STORE MGR SEVERAL PLACES FAST FOOD, JEFFS DONUTS, EVEN SPEEDWAY..NOT 1 OF MY EMPLOYEES WORKED AS HARD AS THIS LADY DID. ID LOVE TO HAVE HER WISH I KNEW HER NAMEβ

βIt was a big store but they had everything everywhere and messy. Some things were open and on the shelves like food and drinks! It's a friendly place but needs cleaning up and organize. Also they have lots of items that are sold out ?β
βStore is over stocked. Kinda in a messy way, some places are hard to walk or move a cart. They just have so much stuff. Lost a star because things are not properly marked between where they wanna charge $5-10.β

βI love the dollar tree! You can do so many cheap and easy DIY that looks like you bought it from a name brand store! I love all their little decorations and the kids can always get something silly to occupy them for a day! I wish they had one in my town!!β
βWent to this store before Christmas and it was a little messy. Which is to be expected with tbe holiday season. Went back after Christmas and everything was back to organized and put back on the shelves. Took my daughter's there for their first time and they loved it. We were greeted at the door and welcomed in with a smile, like family would be. Great job store staff. We will be shopping here more often. Thank you.β

βThis is the second day in a row that I have been surprised. Yesterday my daughter and I had been looking for a locksmith to make a key for her car which was parked on the dealership lot. No success in our search until she called pop-a-lock, they set up a time that afternoon and in less than 45 minutes they had reprogrammed and made a new key. POP-A-LOCK YOU ROCK GREAT JOB. Today I was looking for a charger for my phone, drove around to a few big stores no success, a young lady told me to check out Dollar Tree I went there and to my surprise they had all I wanted. βItβs up and down. Prices up which can be expected.& added more to the mix but since prices up, no longer let customers use bathroom at this location. Hard when gotta really go. In desperation went in employees bathroom and it was in need of serious cleaning. It was horrible.β
βThis particular DT store has really upgraded their entire game! They have recently added professional, helpful and congenial clerks, a new manager (Danny) who is quite perfect for their management position, and a wonderfully improved look to this total package; with conditioned rows of merchandise which are plentifully stocked and nicely organized. βOne of the better DG's in the area as far as selection, cleanliness, etc. Only complaint I have? Your manager(I believe she's the manager)? Yea, worst customer service/friendliness EVVVER. Never smiles, no friendly greeting, no offering of assistance. Just blah demeanor. Makes you feel like you're a burden just checking out. Doesn't say anything rude, just has a negative energy that kinda seeps out of her presence, lol. Let her manage the store, as it seems like she's doing a good job, but have someone else work the front and interact with customers.. kinda like a wizard if Oz 'pay no attention to the man behind the curtain' thing ?β
