Needed some very specific parts recently: the cold water label for a faucet handle and a hinge for a cabinet in a 40 year-old house. Found them both. There are ALWAYS knowledgeable people to help me find what I need, and in the rare instance that they don't have it, They can tell me where to find it outside of their store.
