“I went into this store with a need for a replacement foot piece for a record player and the amount of care and attention I was shown in this visit to get me a piece that would do the job was the absolute old school way. They went above and beyond and provided a level of expertise that is learned only through true experience and customer care which is absolutely rare and it made me wish more people and places were like this. Thank you to Oscar’s staff for making people feel seen and appreciated. You all are icons.”

“I came to this Ace to replace my car key and ran into starting issues when I got my new key and fob. I was then helped by Rance who 1. Came out to my car to check and troubleshoot the key programming 2. Diagnosed the problem with the new fob needing to transfer the tiny immobilization chip to the new fob 3. Took the time and work to figure out how to safely remove the glued immobilization chip stuck in the old fob without damage 4. Secured the chip into the new key fob 5. Verified that my new key could start the car Rance saved me the $150+ I would’ve had to pay for a brand new chip and key! Thanks, Rance! Also, Madeline at the register helped me kindly and quickly with returning some items. Thanks, Madeline!”

“It serves its purpose. If you're needing something and don't want to drive out Dixie or to indiana, but you're going to pay for it. Everything is several dollars more than lowes or tractor supply. Getting help is a crap shoot, some days there's multiple people offering help. Others, you can wander around looking for help and then give up and leave. But I'll always come back. Have been coming here(and the original building) since the early 80s with my grandma.”

“The other day, I witnessed Derek handle a very rude customer with exceptional professionalism. He remained calm, respectful, and patient throughout the entire interaction, never letting the customer’s behavior affect the quality of his service. Derek communicated clearly, stayed focused on finding a solution, and maintained a positive attitude from start to finish. His professionalism and commitment to providing excellent customer service are truly appreciated and reflect positively on the entire team.
