“The gentleman working was extremely personable and helpful. I didn't know about this location. I had usually gone to the Jeffersonville location. That won't happen from here forward unless I have to. Thank you for the great service!”
“Sternberg saved our family vacation. We had rented a van from Budget but when we got there, there were no cans to be had. Called Sternberg’s and they took our reservation over the phone (which was answered by a live person!) Staff was friendly and so fast. Will always come here first”

“I was having issues getting power to my RV and they reached out promptly. The two guys I spoke with on the phone were incredibly helpful, walking me through things to try/troubleshooting before coming out to look at the RV. I ended up being able to fix the issue myself with their guidance. I really appreciate this business and them taking the time to help me solve the problem. Any future issues I will be calling them. Thank you Weirs!!!”
“We had a U-Haul rental at a different location, and the manager of the U-Haul at this location was dropping off a truck there. No one was there to rent us a truck, but the manager at the Berry Boulevard location was able to rent us one right away. We got our furniture moved and returned the vehicle the same day. I recommend this business highly.”
“Totally satisfied and would never consider another truck rental company except Enterprise! What an extraordinary company that epitomizes what customer service should be.”
“Ryder is a fantastic company and Kim is absolutely amazing, Ryder is lucky to have her on the phones. She made my day and experience smooth and her cheer brought some sunshine to my day!”
“Cross country trip. My boxes were supposed to arrive on 3/30 and I could access them on 3/31. They did not arrive at uhaul till 3/31 late and we were not able to access early as advised. Still delivered on 4/1 so it worked out. Overall a wonderful experience from start to finish. I will be using this service going forward.”

It's how this dealership does business
Also the part's Department was doing their very best to secure my part's that I needed for my truck thank you every one for a job well done.”
“This is a family-owned business look like they've been in the neighborhood for many years they have great service although they couldn't supply what I needed today but they did help me with information so they will do what they can do to help you whatever is within their power to do it's a good shot you should go by they have a lot of rental equipment there.”
“Great experience! I was blown away with how Lanley took care of me when I needed a trailer on short notice. He worked with me better than any corporate type Uhaul location ever could, truly appreciated. Quick stop off of the Interstate, and then right back on, perfect location if you need a trailer to head into Indiana and back.”
“The staff is always so nice and very knowledgeable about any problems we face with our trucks. They always make you feel like a priority and not a burden. Steve is always a big help. Kevin is always willing to help is too even Pam in the rental department is always so nice and willing to help us get a loaner if need be. I love the Ryder that I go to”
“We just had a great experience with Nick @ Kentucky Truck Sales. They replaced the injectors on our Ottowa yard truck and got us back up and running when we were in a pinch. Thank you KTS!!!”

“You gotta try this location. When I was in desperate need of a Truck they came through for me.I was in, out and on the road in less than 30 minutes.Very clean, excellent customer service and they gave me back every penny not spent on the estimated cost.I would recommend this location for future use.”
“After having a horrible experience with another truck rental company, I was in a crunch and needing a moving truck the same day. I should've called Sternberg FIRST! None of the big name truck rental company's had a truck available on such short notice, but Sternberg Truck Rental did! Not only did they have a truck the size we needed but they were also super friendly and extremely professional! Affordable too! I actually don't live very close to this truck rental but I will always go here from now on. I promise you, it's worth the drive! They know how to handle their customers and they truly provide excellent service. No other rental company can compare to how great they are.”
“I rented a 10ft truck here today. Picked it up with 24/7 online reservation - everything ready. Had some online problems with returning - my fault - the vendor took care of everything. Thx for that. Will do again.”
“Wheelz N Dealz was very easy to get the Uhaul reserved and picked up from. The location is easy to pull in and out of. I will rent again from him in a few weeks.”
“The staff were great, and one person saved me a headache! I was parked in their lot and a tow truck driver had mistaken my car for one broken down. The staff woman recognized my car, ran out, and made sure the wrecker got the correct car, even though the driver kept insisting mine was the right one. I really appreciate her assertiveness and attention to detail. Also, rental was easy and everyone was friendly.”

“Penske trucks are very well maintained as a fleet of moving trucks. I'm not going to comment on the others however, Penske trucks I know very well and it's my choice when it's time to rent a truck. You do see the difference in not only driving the truck but the additional accessories and equipment the truck has to offer. Last, the ride of a Penske truck in my opinion is above the others. This matters very much at the end of the day!”
“Customer service was excellent I got my paperwork and truck within five minutes!! I’ve been coming to this U-Haul facility for over 20+years and never have I had any problems! Keep up the good work!! This location is located on Eastern Blvd in Jeffersonville, IN.”
“This was an alternative site to pick up the rental truck. It was not the location I originally chose to do business with so I was transfered to this site to pick up the truck. The truck was available when I arrived to get it and the representative helped me complete the contract. The truck was in great condition with only 430 miles on the odometer.”
“We were helped by Mark today after our reservation at another location was completely messed up (UHaul’s fault- not any workers’); he sat and talked w us for a long time trying to figure out the best solution because I absolutely needed one today to move out of my apartment. He was super kind and down to earth, and we srsly appreciated how much he was willing to help problem solve for us!! Was wayyy more helpful than corporate that the previous place called to try and help fix the issue- who put us on hold for 15min and then hung up💀 so Mark was a godsent!!”
