I would leave zero stars, but had to leave one to write a review. I still have two cars in front of me after waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru. This is a ridiculous amount of time to be waiting. This is not the first time either. I am switching pharmacies.

The guy working in the pharmacy this afternoon wasn't very pleasant. Some of us seniors have to depend upon our medicine...not cool to have to endure bad attitude from the clerk at the pharmacy. Get another job if you hate the one you're at

The reviews are all for the pharmacy.. 2.2 stars at the time if this review. They need to ask themselves why they suck so much or atleast read the reviews to do better. They dont have medication in stock and you'll have to jump through hoops to get your dr to switch pharmacies. They leave you on hold by the way.

Had an antibiotic and a nose spray called in. After 15+ minutes at the drive through they asked me to come inside. They had deleted one of the prescriptions and tried to act like only 1 was sent BUT I had an email from them that listed both. Instead of apologizing, they said well we don't have it and you will have to call the provider back tomorrow and have them resend it. Are you kidding me??

After waiting 35 min in the drive through on Monday, they told me it would be 30 min to fill the prescription. I told them I will come back. Two days later, I wait in the drive through for 30 min, they tell me I would have to come in. I come in and the script isn't ready. I am frustrated and try to explain my previous two waits and told by the blonde gal behind the counter that I can leave. I didn't cause a scene just trying to explain my frustration. Don't go here, it is worth a drive if you have to go to walgreens.

The manager who asked if I needed help finding anything, after I told her what I was looking for, pointed saying “right there on the shelf”. Then “you just walked past it” then grunted frustration when I still didn’t find that she wasn’t pointing at this actual shelf, but I was supposed to take her finger and draw an imaginary line through 2 aisles, to the 3rd shelf the line went through. And then she had a smart ass comment “excuse me@ when I told her I couldn’t see where she was pointing. Laziness, move your feet or at least give an aisle number. Don’t point, don’t make me feel like an idiot.

Never again walgreens I will get my last prescription...maybe... and walk away from your store and every other walgreens. I would rather grow my own penicillin than give Walgreens another dollar.

Rudest pharmacy staff I’ve ever encountered!
I just left urgent care and was waiting on a prescription when I asked Andrew how long he thought it might take so I can make an informed decision whether to wait or drive home and drive back. He snippily answered, “they will text you”. I said okay but do you think that will be like 30 minutes or more, and all I got again was a short “they’ll text you”. Meanwhile, half my face is swollen from a bee sting and my left eye is swollen shut so I’m literally driving around with one eye. No sooner than I got home, I received a text saying the prescription was ready and I had to turn right back around to go get it. I could have waited in the store for 10 minutes and had my medicine but he refused to give me any estimated time at all. Literally, every other pharmacist tech I’ve dealt with had no problem giving me a time frame and I never even had to ask.
They were even more rude when I brought this up to them while picking up my meds. Walgreens needs some serious customer service training, because these techs are rude, short, and dismissive.

Store is okay and usually has what I need. Workers are nice. Unfortunately, the pharmacy needs big help.
