Boy, are they usually on point and on time. Unfortunately, I still have their tow truck hook is hooked to the bottom of my engine. It's been about a week since this happened and still no resolve. Do yall at least want the hook back?? They expedite my claim to keep me delayed?

Thank You AAA, Aaron, truly came to my rescue to not only jump my battery, but also informing me of the clicks between it being the starter verses the battery. He also made sure that I arrived at my destination after the jump as well from purchasing a new battery. Time to get back on the road!!!
