They were worthless! Wanted to have battery and alternator tested and even though they advertise they can do this they were not able to test. I figured I needed a new battery but they were not interested in me purchasing from them because I don't think they wanted to install. I would not recommend this location. When jumping the car they didn't even know positive from negative post.

I am sitting in the parking lot of advance Auto Parts. The hours are clearly posted on the internet and on their building. I called 15 minutes ago and also no answer. The doors are locked, no one will answer the phone. It seems the employees have decided they're finished working for the night. I have always liked advance. I would have appreciated not being lied to. I guess I'll be buying parts from another supplier.

Xchotel (may have spelled her name wrong) is the best to deal with, she is very knowledgeable! Had such ease to deal with even though the things I was asking for she knew exactly what I was talking about & knew where to find them... This place has the BEST Customer Service & will help you, with questions you never knew you had! AMAZING!!! HANDS DOWN!!!!!

Short wait, But it was worth it they hooked me up with the right wiper blades and suggested the $12 warranty which everybody should do get new wiper blades every year and a 1/2 for only 12 bucks
