“What an awesome experience. I always dread that my truck might break down. Yesterday I got in the truck and it wouldn't start. After reading some reviews we decided to call R&L. They were able to get us in and serviced today. There were efficient and didn't try to run up our bill. I even called back and asked them to do an oil change before we picked it up. They were happy to do it and even called an hour and a half earlier than they quoted. We were so happy, we dropped off our other vehicle for an oil change and service check. Thrilled that we found this place and will definitely return for all our future repair needs.”
“Breaks, alignment, and suspension. There a reason that car dealers bring there cars here. In an emergency, I was able to lip my truck here and get a ride home. Appointment are mostly recorded so to booked out 2 weeks on average. Travis is the guy, but there all great. Worked on my suzuki, Dodge 2nd generation truck, 80 square body Chevy truck, 95 Cadillac

“If your bike is making a noise that sounds like a blender full of spoons, don’t panic—just take it to Nick. He’ll listen to it for three seconds, squint like he’s receiving visions from the motorcycle gods, and somehow immediately know what’s wrong.
Nick has that magical combination of expert mechanic and friendly neighborhood comedian. One minute he’s explaining something in perfect technical detail, and the next he’s cracking a joke that makes you forget your bike was moments away from becoming lawn décor.
He’s also shockingly honest. If something doesn’t need fixing, he’ll tell you. If it does need fixing, he’ll tell you in a way that somehow softens the blow—usually with some sarcastic commentary about how your engine “has been screaming for help for at least three oil changes.”
Fast, funny, helpful, and unreasonably good at what he does—Nick’s the guy you want working on your bike.

“I went to this junkyard hoping they would have my parts, their system showed nothing that I needed in stock. They let me walk the yard and look for miscellaneous brackets if I wanted. When I came back with parts I needed they were reasonable with the price since I pulled them myself. Some very helpful and friendly staff, I would recommend them to anyone!”

“I scheduled an appointment with and took my car in for service at Best Deals Service Center Fort Wayne, I felt my car just was not accelerating like it should. Matt was so helpful and accommodating since I would be waiting. The waiting lounge was cozy and I enjoyed a nice cup of coffee as I waited. There was free WiFi and I was able to get some tasks completed on my laptop as well. Matt returned and it appeared to be a very simple fix. I was provided a quote which was very reasonable. My vehicle was fixed in no time and I was back home before long. I was able to get so much done and I expected the worst, to be in a service center the entire day. Thank you Matt and the team at Best Deals for making my day, being reasonable on my pocketbook and exceeding my expectations!”

“Their staff is very friendly and helpful. My car can't start today in the plaza outside their shop. I walked to them for help. They helped me jump the car twice and ultimately help me push the car to a parking spot since something else is wrong with the car.
