“I am very happy with the new tires I.bought at Big O Tires in Lawrence Indiana. I wish they would have had a military discount like the Big O Tires in my hometown of Glendale, Arizona. I am also confused by the fact that the buy two get two tires coupon my brother in law received in the mail the day before I bought the tires was not honored. I was told the sale had expired. I guess they were mailed out late. Other than that the service was fine.”

“Overall good. Went for an oil change. They showed me a filter in the car (that I aquired in April) appeared to have been home to a rodent while idle and parked in a rural area home garage for several months. The recommendation was slightly over the top but caution was understandable. Upon taking to a dealer who could do the recommended work by JL (clean motor blower) it was determined that the filter had protected the blower. The nest was not in the blower itself. Nevertheless, the result was a very expensive fix getting the AC vents cleaned and other issue that were uncovered with failing tire sensor and low AC refresher. Overall, I'm glad I made the decision to have the oil change. Perhaps for sanitary reasons the crew didn't do the customary vacuum of the interior (the dealer didn't either - boo) so I did when I got the car back.”
“A deer ran into my car and did a fair amount of damage to the front end of my minivan. My car was towed to Voelkel’s and they handled everything. I got frequent updates, they worked well with my insurance company, they finished my repairs a day earlier than promised and I didn’t even have to take my rental back .. they handled it there. I highly recommend them!”

I recently had some issues with my Volkswagen GTI including the smell of burning fluid coming from the motor. The dealership where I bought it recommended a full turbo replacement ($3,500). I asked Euro Motoworks for a second opinion, and they found no problems with the turbo and diagnosed a leaking vacuum pump as the source of the smell. They replaced the pump for a fraction of the cost of a new turbo.
They also recommended a performance tune, which I will be buying soon. They don't do performance tunes, so that wasn't an upsell. It was just good advice.
Also, there's popcorn!”

“I left my house with my son to get to our volunteer shift at the humane society only to find that I had a screw in my tire and it was flat. I drove it over to Best One Indy and they immediately helped me. Not only that, the man at the desk stopped what he was doing and helped me pull my car up to the bay and took care of my tire immediately. Throughout the process, my son was watching and he was explaining to my son what he was doing, what the tools were and how they were used to help fix the tire. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes and we made it to our volunteer shift. THANK YOU, Best One Indy for taking such amazing care of us!!!”
