Today I was helping a couple from out of town with car problems. The employees at this store were exceptionally helpful. I sadly have forgotten the specific female at the register but she went way out of her way to help and also engaged others to brainstorm a solution. Excellant service from caring people.

Roland came out in 28 degree weather and replaced my battery free of charge. He was courteous and a real gentleman. I will recommend this Autozone on Lima to anyone. Will probably get all my auto needs from here from now on.
