“Sorry, but this is clearly the superior O'Reilly Auto Parts store in the area! We've been frequent customers that past couple of weeks, and though there are closer stores to our home than this one, it is worth the drive. Everyone we've interacted with here at store #5364 has been very helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. Huge shoutouts to Oscar and Dylan, thank you so much!”

“Excellent customer service and support.Didn't ask for my old one as a core. Asked me what I wanted. Gave me a list of different batteries they carried. Went with the house brand. And a better price point than the auto parts stores.”

“I entered the store and was greated by Richey. Very polite and pleasant gentleman. He is extremely knowledgeable within the automotive field. He possess a great attitude. The question I asked, he gave great accurate answers. He is extremely on top of his game and if not already, needs to be in management of this or any location, he possess and uses his knowledge to what I noticed at the top of his expertise. “I had a great experience at O'Reilly's auto parts. We were looking for a rare hose and after traveling to Autozone, NAPA, and Wallmart no one was helping me find it. Sterling at O'Reilly went above and beyond helping us to find and order the correct part, when everyone at their competitors was very unhelpful. 10/10 customer service! Give this man a promotion”

“I was helped by Jason. He is an outstanding employee who took time and went out of his way to find me the best deal on my part and also he explained to me how easy it would be to do the work myself if I choose to. He has great customer service skills. I would recommend this location and I would recommend Jason to help you with your needs. Thank you, Jason.”

“Long story short I needed a new battery and a battery installment. when I call the store in the morning December 17th I was told they cannot do battery installment on my type of car which is a 2016 Ford Fusion SE. I didn't want to go to a mechanic shop and waste 300 or $400 just for them to put in a new battery. I went drove to O'Reilly's that night and I asked them to double my car out and to see if they can replace my battery. the first guy said no but then Steve came in and saved the night. He looked at my battery and he was like" oh I could replace that in 6 minutes" and in 6 minutes he's did. Thank you so much Steve you save the night and you save my Christmas vacation trip.”
