The staff is always pretty nice, kind, patient, and wonderful, providing a warm and welcoming experience. They are helpful and explain the process, making it hands-on fun for everyone. The store is clean. It is also a PAWsome place to host a party before, during, or after store hours for a birthday, office event, or community gathering. Every party includes a customized furry friend, a Special Heart ceremony, and games. The workshop offers a life-long stuffed buddy to make memories with, making it a recommended visit for anyone who likes stuffed animals.

Everyone is kind (with the exception of one female employee who will go out of her way to purposely put you on the spot and embarrass you), the store is always clean and organized too.
