“I think the store is sort of a treasure hunt because they always have rotating merchandise and if you watch carefully, you can buy things for cheap. There will also be random find such as a Simpsons one up arcade machine that just shows up and if you don’t buy it, it’s gone. I don’t like that. It is sort of messy and the markdowns are sporadic. However, you take the good with the bad.”

“We loved this store! It's a great place for unique children's gifts. It was a real struggle not to but some of the vintage toys for myself! Rock 'em sock 'em robots?? Come on!

“A sick friend was reminiscing about an old comic book. I went here and was helped and found this comic. It made a friends day a little brighter. And I had great customer service(a rarity these days)”

“I'm not entirely sure what to say about this place aside from, if you are introverted and/or on the spectrum, this is a really low stimulating environment. There's a lot of reviews on here about how nobody says hi, the music is weird, etc. But I had a really pleasant time when I went. My friend, myself and my daughter went and searched through their bulk. The music was nice lofi, it was overall quiet, and we got to just relax and sift through some cards. Ive been working on building a pokemon battle deck, and they have so many options for that sort of thing just with their bulk alone.

Maybe the atmosphere isn't some people's cup of tea, but I had a really nice, really relaxing time and the woman that was there was very quiet, but still just as nice and helpful as anywhere else!”

“TLDR: I was the butt hole here. The owner is so kind and trying to live out her dream. She treated us with respect even though I was unreasonably frustrated after reading the reviews here. She works hard to do this for the betterment of others and is tying to live out her dream. It is surely harder than it seems. Give this place a shot, be patient and remember you are supporting someone who really cares.

Katie and I had been in here before to look around because she likes legos. My wife checked came by and dropped off some Lego sets I bought her a few years ago to get some cash to help with some of our unborn baby preparation. We didn’t hear anything back for a little bit and I read the reviews of this place and was a little put off.
I sent a message to the Facebook page because I couldn’t find a phone number to call.
I never heard anything back so I messaged again maybe a week or two later and decided to stop in with my wife.

I stopped in and was more frustrated and emotional then I should have been but mainly because of the reviews and that I felt like I was getting bad service. I was unaware the owner was dealing with some health issues and it was a one woman show. She explained a mistake was made where she thought she had already taken care of us and she was so sorry because she had lost us in the shuffle of crazy life. She was so kind even though I came in unreasonably heated with the situation.

We came to a deal where we were all happy and honestly, I feel a lot better about this business. The owner is actually really kind and probably overworking herself to make her dream happen. She had such a passion for legos that she had finger nails painted and formed to look like legos. This is her passion and dream and I imagine she is doing her very best trying to share that passion with the world.

I also asked about dropping off other sets, I think my wife had some off brand that were different and she said she cannot really sell them but I learned she donates them to a charity to help those with Autism. Very cool.

As frustrated I was, once I had my eyes opened here and realized this is something good. A business I want to support. A business I hope you support as well. Thank you for being good people and doing what you do for the community. I truly wish the best.”
