The staff at this location is always helpful when I need to change a reservation, polite and respectful when I pick up my vehicles. I have had no complaints or issues with any vehicles. “As long as Austin and the manager staff is working here, I will never go anywhere else. I had to do a rental because of hitting a deer. When I was picky about the car, they never wavered. Constantly tried to do anything they could to make it easy on me. That alone was already earning the 5 stars. I needed to do a rental a short time later. Not to go into detail but today is one of the hardest days of my families life and Austin was completely compassionate and understanding and did everything in his power to help in literally any way he could. When I got back to the building this evening to pick up the car, he was able to surprise us with options to pick a more suitable vehicle for our family. I don’t even know what you call that. He already did his job. Then he went the extra mile, and while he was already shooting above and beyond, he took it that step further. Not many people would ever care to take the time to do everything he did. His actions showed my family what it means to be a genuinely good person. To the core. So many places fall flat on their faces if you look for any help past the fake customer service voice of an employee. I have never been more grateful and had my heart warmed so much by someone’s actions at a place of business. I will never forget it.”

“(Original Review) Left on a full tank of gas, returned it 3 hours and 70 miles later to be charged for a full tank of gas. The Bottom line is don't prepay for gas; fill it up before you return it.(Updated as of 14 May 23) spoke with Alamo customer service and they listened to my concern based on my experience. After that conversation, I am completely satisfied and they have restored my full confidence!! Thank you Alamo team for taking the time to review this situation and take corrective actions. Because of this I will be back again in the future as a rental customer! Thank you for Top Notch support.”

“This was the absolutely easiest car rental experience of our lives. The Avis personnel at FWA, and the condition of the car made this top notch. Easy to get and easy to return. The AARP discount is what brought us to Avis, but based on this experience we'd consider using them again.”

“After my flight was messed up by the airline, I turned to look for a one-way rental and Budget Car Rental stepped up to fill that need. It was a last minute rental that went extremely smooth. Best part was that I was able to rent a vehicle that I was thinking of buying, so I was able to get a long test drive. The pick-up and drop off went smooth and the staff I had contact with were knowledgeable, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I understood all of my options. My only hiccup was when I needed to change my drop off location. The first phone call was going well until I was put on a kind of hold only to wait more than 5 minutes to only have silence on the other end and I had to start over with calling to make the change. Once I made it through on the second call, it all went fairly smooth in making that change. Thank you for making a stressful situation much less stressful.”
“I recently rented a SUV that unfortunately ended up having a slight mechanical issue, but the Management team at the W Coliseum Blvd. location was very helpful and were able to replace my vehicle immediately. I have rented at this Budget location several times over the the last 10 years and have always had a great experience. I would highly recommend using them for your next rental. Ask for Jennifer, she is great at her job and is always pleasant to work with.”
“There's only 1 person out front, which can take forever to pick up or return. Usually it's not that big of a deal, but when you wear 3 guys talking about politics and their hobbies in the back room, and I'm waiting 20mins to just take keys, I'm a premiere member, it's ridiculous. Maybe take care of your customers???”
