Rented me a car got there didn't have a car for me that's the 2 nd time

Renting was easy, but I left something in the car when I returned after-hours. No way to fill out a lost-and-found claim for FTW location online & customer service was no help. So disappointed in the inability to reach the location directly to get my hat back.

This was the absolutely easiest car rental experience of our lives. The Avis personnel at FWA, and the condition of the car made this top notch. Easy to get and easy to return. The AARP discount is what brought us to Avis, but based on this experience we'd consider using them again.
